The service itself was adequate. Getting the owner to keep appointments on the other hand, different story. She kept two of the originally scheduled appointments in the 5 months I received services. Every other appointment was cancelled on the day of the appointment at least once and sometimes for a second time. If you are considering Wax Appeal, make sure you have a flexible schedule and aren’t dependent on any of the services that are offered.
